The product will only be accepted if it has a defect, meaning it arrives broken or doesn't work properly. Before requesting a refund, please contact us at info@julietaalvarez.com within seven business days of purchase, stating the reason for your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. JA will cover all return and exchange costs if the product is damaged.
If a discount was applied at the time of purchase, JA will only refund the actual amount paid. If the item purchased is part of a sale season, JA reserves the right to choose whether or not to accept the refund.
The shapes and color palette of the purchased piece will be similar to those in the image, as it is the result of a handcrafted process.
