After more than 15 years working among clay, color, and creativity, I've created this intimate and honest discussion about everything I've learned building an artisanal brand that, with a lot of passion and hours of work, is fortunately growing beyond our borders today.

It will be a morning for entrepreneurs, creators, artisans, and curious women who want to grow their projects, connect with other women on the same path, and take away real tools to boost their careers.

We'll talk about how to start a creative business, how to shape your own project, sustain it over time, and continue finding inspiration every day, even when the pace gets tough.

More than a conference, this will be an engaging conversation filled with resources and practical advice, designed to reconnect with the motivations that led us to create, remember why we started, and discover new inspirations so our brands can continue to evolve with authenticity.
